For medical publishersWe offer pre-publication, basic science editing of biomedical research manuscripts as a service to publishers. Much of our work is for specialty medical research journals published in Europe. We have extensive experience working with manuscripts by authors whose first language is not English.Our revisions typically involve substantive changes, reorganizations of text according to IMRAD, reworking tables, numerical corrections and grammatical control. We emphasize adherence to scientific conventions regarding the form and structure of a research paper as well as conceptual coherence within the text and in the graphic elements and abstract. Typically, authors receive their edited paper together with a list of 6-12 questions regarding inconsistencies to resolve and additional details to provide. |
